Data sources, stated exactly: the SOL/USD last price from the Kraken public ticker (api.kraken.com/0/public/Ticker, pair SOLUSD) and SOL/USD 1-hour candles from Kraken (api.kraken.com/0/public/OHLC, pair SOLUSD, interval 60). The 1h change is the last price measured against the open of the candle from one hour ago, and the verdict uses its absolute size — a hard fall keeps you up just like a hard run. The page re-reads both every 30 seconds. If the feed cannot be reached, the board says so and keeps the last reading on screen.
